Privacy Policy

Abdelhamid SAIDI, an individual based in Morocco, decides how and why this site processes personal data. You can reach me at abdelhamidsaidiofficial@gmail.com for anything on this page.

When you send me a message, you provide your name, your email address and the content of the message. The form is delivered by Formspree, a third-party form provider that processes and forwards the submission to my inbox; it is stored there and in my email account.

I use this only to read and answer you. I do not add you to a mailing list, and I do not sell or share it for advertising. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by sending the form; the note beside the send button links here before you do.

To understand which pages people find useful, this site runs two analytics tools by default:

• Google Analytics 4, which sets _ga cookies in your browser and reports pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser to Google.
• Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without profiling individual visitors.

You can switch them off whenever you like through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. From that moment nothing analytical loads, no further analytics cookies are set, and any _ga cookies already in your browser for this site are deleted. Your choice is remembered on your device, and the site works exactly the same either way.

Your browser's own "Do Not Track" or cookie-blocking settings, and any content blocker you use, also stop these tools.

The first three are kept in your browser's local storage, never sent to me, and clearing your browser data removes them.

• Your analytics choice, if you have made one.
• Your language preference (English or French).
• A short-lived cache of GitHub star counts for the projects listed here.
• Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) set by Google Analytics, unless you have switched analytics off.

Loading any web page means requesting files, and whoever serves a file can see your IP address, your browser and the page you were on. On this site that means:

• Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• Google, unless you have switched analytics off.
• GitHub's public API, called from your browser to show star counts on project cards.
• Image hosts for a few third-party logos, including Pinterest, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and companieslogo.com.
• Formspree, when you actually submit the contact form.

Messages you send me stay in my inbox for as long as the exchange is useful, and I delete them on request. Google Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings. Your choices stored on your device last until you clear them.

You can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to me at abdelhamidsaidiofficial@gmail.com and I will respond as quickly as I can.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the GDPR gives you these rights and the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In Morocco, Law 09-08 gives you equivalent rights and the CNDP handles complaints.

This site is not aimed at children, and I do not knowingly collect anything about them.

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
